Founded in 1983, as an investment analysis and management consulting company, Técnica Assessoria de Mercado de Capitais e Empresarial is one of the most traditional independent consulting companies in Brazil, and it is recognized for its experience in several areas of the financial market, which includes investment analysis, reorganization, merger and acquisitions, and funding advisory.
Técnica was created to provide services beyond those provided by traditional investment banks and consulting companies, generating value in a dynamic, flexible and independent way, and constructing long-term relationships with its clients and partners, preparing them for negotiations and important structural changes in their businesses and projects.

Since its beginning in 1983, Técnica Assessoria de Mercado de Capitais e Empresarial is divided in two main segments, aiming to attend our corporate client demands (Técnica Advisory), by rendering management consulting, as well as different capital market segments and the national financial community (Técnica Research), through investment consulting.
Técnica Advisory has experience in providing services and developing solutions to medium and large companies, having participated in several works dealing with small funding operations to merger and acquisition projects and corporate reorganizations. This segment has three main divisions in accordance with the kind of service: Corporate Finances, Capital Markets and Strategic Consulting.
Técnica Research, on the other hand, prioritizes its projects with institutional investors and capital market intermediaries by supplying works from its technical department services. Throughout its history, Técnica developed studies and recommendations to more than 200 institutions to support their investment decision making. This area is divided in three departments: Fundamental Analysis, Technical Analysis and Market Follow-up.
